| COMMISSION PROCESS

  1. Please fill out the commission form and send it to me through DM or email.

  2. When I am ready to start on your commission I will send you a message along with a PayPal invoice.

  3. Commission work will start once the invoice is paid in full.

  4. An initial sketch will be sent for your approval.

  5. Once you approve of the sketch I will proceed to lining and coloring.

  6. The finished commission will be sent to the email you provided.

  • WAV and MP3 320Kbps, mono, and 44,100Hz or 48,000Hz are preferred

  • Pls find the highest quality of instrumental you can

  • Please do NOT remove and/or reduce the background noise

  • Please separate overlapping lines into another track

| Tips on recording:

  1. Turn your gain down as low as possible

  2. Record around half a foot away from your mic & sing consistently with that distance

  3. Make sure the recordings have minimal to no clippings

  4. Have a pop filter

  5. Try to look for a time when there isn’t too much background noise

  6. Try to find a place that doesn’t have much room reverb

Terms of Service

PAYMENT

  • Commissions are paid in full through PayPal or CashApp invoice before starting.

  • Commercial Use: Commission usage in promotional material such as twitter posts, livestreams, etc. are allowed. Complete commercial usage however is prohibited.

CHARACTER REFERENCES

  • Please provide proper references for your character. I will not draw off written character descriptions or unclear references unless it is for a character design commission.

  • Providing a real-life photo as a character reference will come with a $5 fee per character.

  • I may decline your commission if I feel I cannot draw your request well.

COMMISSION PROGRESS

  • Commission progress will be displayed on a slot tracker with your username, commission type ordered, usage, current progress, and expected delivery date.

  • If you would like to be removed from the slot tracker or have an alternate name displayed, please let me know.

  • Commissions will be completed within 2 days to a 2 weeks after starting (1 week to 3 weeks for Live2D commissions). If there is a delay with your commission you will be notified.

REVISIONS

  • Revisions can be requested during the WIP / sketch phase.

  • Up to 5 minor revisions (ex. color change, small detail change, etc.) are allowed.

  • Up to 3 major revision (ex. pose change, outfit change, etc.) is allowed.

  • Mistakes on my end will be fixed for free and will not count towards the allowed revisions.

EDITING AFTER COMPLETION

  • If a mistake has been found on my end after the commission has been completed, I will fix it for free.

  • If you are requesting an edit with information not provided before, it will either be declined or be done for a fee depending on the edit being requested.

  • If you are requesting an edit after confirming the initial sketch, it will either be declined or be done for a fee depending on the edit being requested.

  • You are allowed to make your own edits to the commission (ex. resizing, creating a layout, cropping, adding your own watermark, etc.).

REFUNDS

  • Not Started = 100% refund

  • WIP / Sketch = 50% refund

  • Lining / Coloring = No refund

  • Completed Commission = No refund
